18 July 2024 — BREWSTER, MA — The Cape Cod Baseball League hit it out of the park this week, with 197 alumni picked in the MLB draft. One 2023 and 2024 player for the Orleans Firebirds, right-handed pitcher Sean Matson, was drafted by the Cleveland Guardians in the 9th round.
