Pumpkins make a festive holiday drink - and dreaming up the libation is all part of the art of mixology.

2 December 2024 -- ORLEANS, MA -- Pumpkin Pie isn't just for Thanksgiving, it's for drinking! Las Chidas owner Meredith Gallant shares her journey in the restaurant industry and her love for tequila - and how the art of mixology creates a cocktail menu highlighting tequila and mezcal, moving beyond traditional drinks. Working with bar manager Paula Ribeiro, they duo prepare for a seasonal mixology class featuring a pumpkin pie martini, using vegan alternatives and fall flavors to enhance the experience.
