Article Two: Town Expenses and Infrastructure

• Of the requested funds, $750,000 stems from free cash, while a substantial portion focuses on golf capital requests.
• Notably, the Select Board seeks $100,000 to develop a pond management plan and conduct pilot studies based on recommendations from the Water Resources Task Force.

Article Three: Millstone Road Project

• Allocated funding of over $2.5 million aims to propel the Millstone Road Improvement Project forward.
• A five-plus-year-long project has evolved after several community forums and adjustments based on resident feedback.
• The project aims to enhance road safety and pedestrian connectivity without requiring permanent easements.

Article Five: Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs)

• A proposal seeks to amend Brewster's zoning bylaw concerning ADUs, responding to changing community needs.

Citizens Petitions: Short-Term Rentals (Articles 13 and 14)
